Statistics are a load of rubbish really, so let’s just say that a LOT of people regularly, or at some point in their lives at least once, will suffer from a bad phase of depression. As the darkness decends it becomes hard to see anything clearly and you just lose yourself in the thicknes of it. Even worse, it is often quite impossibe for anyone but you to truely pull yourself out of it.
Here is a message to anyone who feels alone and suffocated by the darkness- don’t give up because nothing is permanent. Situations change and time passes. You will become new. Walk towards the light
